We awoke this morning in Koblenz on the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers. We did a guided walking tour for nearly 2 hours, then returned to the ship. I doubt we will bother doing anything this afternoon as it is not a very attractive or interesting town compared with the wonderful places we have been so far.

This afternoon I went on a long bike ride while Jenni slept. It is a beautiful day – a pity it wasn’t like this yesterday.
